Own Kodex mobile builds end to end — architecture, store releases, and the quality bar for every app we ship for clients and ourselves.

What you'll do
  • Lead the architecture and delivery of React Native apps with Expo
  • Ship and maintain releases on the App Store and Google Play
  • Set the mobile quality bar: typed TypeScript, reviews, and testing
  • Integrate push notifications, payments, and offline-first data
  • Profile and improve performance, startup time, and bundle size
  • Guide other developers on the mobile team
What you'll bring
  • 4+ years shipping production React Native apps
  • Strong TypeScript and React fundamentals
  • Hands-on Expo experience (managed and bare workflows)
  • Real store release experience: signing, review, phased rollout
  • Experience with Firebase or similar backend services
  • CI/CD for mobile (EAS Build, Fastlane, or similar)
  • Clear written communication in a remote team
Nice to have
  • Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) modules
  • RevenueCat or in-app purchase integration
  • Testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, Maestro)
  • Open-source contributions

Own how Kodex's own products are positioned, launched, and grown — from landing pages and app store listings to campaigns that bring users in.

What you'll do
  • Own positioning and messaging for Kodex products (web and mobile apps)
  • Plan and run product launch and growth campaigns
  • Write and maintain landing pages, product updates, and lifecycle content
  • Manage app store listings and ASO across Google Play and the App Store
  • Track funnel and campaign metrics and report what worked
  • Turn shipped features into clear stories with the engineering team
What you'll bring
  • 2+ years marketing software products (apps, SaaS, or agency)
  • Strong writing: clear landing page and campaign copy in English
  • Working knowledge of SEO, ASO, and analytics
  • Able to plan and execute independently
  • Examples of products you helped grow
Nice to have
  • Paid acquisition experience
  • Design tooling (Figma or similar)
  • B2B or developer-tool marketing background

Build Kodex's client pipeline: research prospects, run personalized outreach, and book discovery calls with teams that need a development partner.

What you'll do
  • Research and qualify prospects that fit Kodex's services (US, Australia, Europe)
  • Write personalized outbound emails and follow-up sequences
  • Book discovery calls and hand over qualified opportunities
  • Keep the prospect pipeline organized and up to date
  • Test and report on messaging, segments, and response rates
  • Work with delivery leads so outreach matches what we can build
What you'll bring
  • 1+ years in B2B sales, outbound, or lead generation
  • Excellent written English — short, personal, non-spammy outreach
  • Organized and consistent with follow-ups
  • Familiar with pipeline tracking (a CRM, or a spreadsheet done well)
  • Comfortable working toward weekly activity and reply targets
Nice to have
  • Experience selling development or agency services
  • LinkedIn outbound experience
  • Familiarity with US or European markets

Build web products with AI at the core: Claude-powered features, retrieval pipelines, and agents that hold up in production.

What you'll do
  • Design and build full-stack web features with LLM integrations (Claude API)
  • Implement retrieval (RAG), tool use, and agent workflows with evaluation
  • Ship production code across frontend (React / Next.js) and backend (Node)
  • Instrument, measure, and iterate on AI feature quality
  • Work with the mobile team where web and app experiences meet
What you'll bring
  • 2+ years building production web apps with React and Node/TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered features (not just demos)
  • Understanding of prompt design, evaluation, and failure modes
  • Database and API design fundamentals (PostgreSQL, REST)
  • Careful, well-reviewed, typed code
Nice to have
  • Anthropic Claude API in production
  • Vector databases and retrieval tooling
  • Evals and monitoring for AI features
  • Open-source AI work
